Last week I was specially invited by the experienced developer Grupo Insur.

They also have a number of high-quality new construction projects in prime locations in Marbella, where I have sold several properties. They wanted to use my expertise to learn more about the specific requirements that Dutch customers have for new-build apartments. First of all, I emphasized that the Dutch have quality and luxury at the top of their list, and that because of our climate they want a lot of sun on the terraces. I got a glimpse into their latest project, which is currently being designed. I can tell you that it looks beautiful again. Thanks to the good collaborations, I increasingly have access to different developers and their future projects for the coming years. This allows me to serve and advise my customers even better. Very interesting to be able to sell projects that are not even on the market yet, which is very attractive for investors and people who want access to the best units!
What I would like to tell you is: Don't be misled by the hype of Marbella, where big stories circulate about enormous returns. Not everything automatically increases in value and is easy to rent or resell.
As an expert in Marbella, I advise you to first gain a thorough insight into the real estate market of Marbella and Estepona. This gives you in-depth knowledge about the area, developers, projects, locations and prices. Read about the real estate market and immerse yourself in it; there are really good articles from the real professionals on the internet. Talk and learn from the best.

Remember: location, location, location remains crucial!
Be critical when selecting a broker; it is essential that he or she has expertise, experience, empathy and a sense of responsibility. This way you are better able to make the best decisions.
