De afgelopen weken hebben we weer een aantal nieuwe klanten mogen verwelkomen in Marbella. Onze klanten hebben uiteenlopende doelstellingen: een stel dat graag een appartement wil kopen in een buurt waar veel vrienden van hen wonen, een zakenman die vaak voor werk in het buitenland verblijft en een woning zoekt met een eigen zwembad en alle faciliteiten van een resort voor zijn vakanties met de familie, en twee investeerders die rendement willen maken.
Wat mij opviel, is dat nu het seizoen in Marbella is gestart, de ontwikkelaars de hele dag door presentaties geven en de woningen razendsnel van de markt verdwijnen. Dit legt een bepaalde druk op de klanten. Op de mooiste projecten op de A-locaties is veel vraag. Wij adviseren onze klanten dan ook, als ze zeker weten dat ze willen kopen, niet te lang te wachten met beslissen. Dit zeggen we niet om extra druk te leggen, maar omdat de markt momenteel zo is. Gelukkig begrijpen de klanten dit. Sommigen kunnen snel beslissen, terwijl het voor anderen altijd spannend blijft om de knoop door te hakken. Uiteraard steunen wij onze klanten daarbij.

Can you rent well in Marbella and can I easily get a rental license?
Ja, verhuur in Marbella is over het algemeen lucratief. Je kunt het hele jaar door verhuren. Uiteraard in de lent/zomer maar ook in de herst/winter aan golfers en Scandinaviërs. Met de nieuwe regels voor korte termijn verhuur moet 2/3 van de community toestemming geven om te verhuren. Veel eigenaren willen graag ook verhuren daarom wordt dit vaak ook toegekend.
